Request for Student Assistance

How do I use the request for assistance form? Parents, teachers, or even peers can request assistance for any student at Will C. Wood by completing the Request for Assistance form located in the Will C. Wood counseling office and submitting it to the counseling secretary, Tracy Caler. Requests are reviewed at least every week. The request for assistance form may be completed and submitted anonymously.If you have an urgent need that can’t wait that long, a student in crisis, etc., please notify an administrator or other school staff as soon as possible.
