Athletics Advertising Program

 

This program is designed to benefit the athletic program at Will C. Wood High School and the student/athletes who give so much to this program.  By purchasing an ad in support of Will C. Wood Athletics, you will provide the student/athletes with equipment and other resources that the program would otherwise be unable to give them.

All sports at Will C. Wood will benefit from this program.  So, if you have a business that you want to advertise or you simply want to buy an ad displaying a message of support to the team, you can be confident that all student/athletes at Will C. Wood will benefit from this program.

Our fall programs will be sold at Football games.  Our winter programs will be sold at the girls and boys basketball games as well as at wrestling matches.

Our Fall/winter/spring sports calendars will be delivered to the businesses and displayed in their windows, displayed in the school’s classrooms and given out to the team member’s parents.

Our Banners will be hung in our gymnasium which is used all year with over 40 sporting events that include volleyball, boy’s basketball, girl’s basketball, wrestling, and badminton.  In addition to the P.E. classes in the gym every day, it is used for other events like parent meetings, graduation activities, rallies, as well as some Vacaville Recreation Department programs. 

These are all great, inexpensive ways to advertise to the students and parents of Will C. Wood High School and the general public. 

We cannot achieve our financial goals without the help of businesses and community boosters. The Will C. Wood High School Athletic Program appreciates your support immensely.

Individual Ads for Sale:

Fall Sports Program – Sold at Football games.  Sponsor a Business card size ad for $50, a ¼ page ad for $100, a ½ page ad for $200 or a full page ad for $400.

Winter Sports Program – Sold at Basketball games and Wrestling matches.  Sponsor a Business card size ad for $50, a ¼ page ad for $100, a ½ page ad for $200 or a full page ad for $400.

Fall Sports Calendar –    Put up in your company’s window.  Sponsor a Business card size ad for $50 or a double Business card size ad for $100.

Winter Sports Calendar - Put up in your company’s window.  Sponsor a Business card size ad for $50 or a double Business card size ad for $100.

Spring Sports Calendar - Put up in your company’s window.  Sponsor a Business card size ad for $50 or a double Business card size ad for $100.

Banner in the Gym – Sponsor a 3 foot by 5 foot Business card vinyl banner hung in the gym for $300.

Package 2 – Sponsor the Fall/Winter/Spring Sports Calendars and get a 10% discount off your total price.

Package 3 – Sponsor the Fall & Winter Sports Programs and the Fall/Winter/Spring Sports Calendars and get a 15% discount off your total price. 

Package 4 –    Sponsor the Fall & Winter Sports Programs and a Banner in the gym and get a 15% discount off your total price.

Package 5 – Sponsor the Fall/Winter/Spring Sports Calendars and a Banner in the gym and get a 15% discount off your total price.

The Total Package – Sponsor the Fall & Winter Sports Programs, the Fall/Winter/Spring Sports Calendars and a Banner in the gym and get a 20% discount off your total price.
